In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "hot58" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to hot58, the online gaming and sportsbook platform accessible at https://hot58.pro and any associated mobile or web application.
• "You" / "Player" / "Member" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on hot58 or who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique personal account created by a User upon completing the hot58 registration process.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sportsbook markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and support services made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or promotional incentives awarded to a Member's account by hot58 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Member from their own financial instruments (bank accounts or e-wallets), credited to the Member's account balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume a Member must generate before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required by hot58 prior to processing any withdrawal or when reasonably requested at any time.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or participation in the Services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Access to and use of hot58's Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hot58 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. hot58 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship, or court order that restricts your ability to enter contracts, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one registered Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Not a hot58 Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, officers, agents of hot58, and their immediate family members are not eligible to use the Services for real-money play.

To access the full range of hot58 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. The following terms govern the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. hot58 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Two-Factor Authentication: hot58 strongly recommends enabling optional two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of security. While 2FA is not mandatory, accounts without it enabled carry a higher risk of unauthorised access.
• KYC Verification: hot58 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when required by our compliance procedures. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Address verification may be required by way of a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any funds associated with it to any third party. hot58 reserves the right to void any transaction or balance associated with an account that has been transferred or sold.

hot58 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods tailored to Indonesian players, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.
• Deposits made via supported e-wallets and bank transfer are credited to your account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. hot58 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or any method that cannot be verified as belonging to you are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.
• hot58 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Member.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. hot58 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a verified bank account registered in the Member's name.
• E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically cleared within 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• hot58 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending KYC verification. No interest is payable on funds held during a verification review.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.

hot58 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Welcome Bonus: New Members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage, maximum bonus amount, and minimum qualifying deposit are stated on the promotion page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are credited automatically upon fulfilment of the qualifying deposit condition.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x) applied to the total of the bonus amount received. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of stakes placed. Table games, live casino games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate or, in certain cases, not at all. Contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse of Bonuses: hot58 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational play intent, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: hot58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued by a Member at the time of modification will be honoured in accordance with the terms in force at the time the bonus was claimed.

hot58 offers a broad range of gaming products, including live casino games, slot titles, table games, and a full sportsbook. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino products, by physical dealing and randomisation conducted by live dealers. hot58 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
• Sportsbook Bets: All sports bets, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers, are subject to the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform. hot58 reserves the right to void any bet where a market has been offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds, incorrect event details) or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and markets. Limits are displayed on the game interface or betting slip prior to bet placement. hot58 reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any market or for any individual account at its discretion.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection. hot58 is not liable for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a game or system malfunction, hot58 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to Members. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard principle that applies across all gaming products on the Platform.
• Player Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a fair and respectful manner at all times. Collusion, the use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

hot58 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe entertainment environment for all Members. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Verification: hot58 maintains a strict 21+ policy. We employ age verification procedures at registration and may request further documentation at any time to confirm that a Member meets the minimum age requirement.
• Deposit Limits: Members may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time-Outs: Members may activate a session time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks at any time. During a time-out, the Member's account is suspended and cannot be used for any form of gaming activity. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel their gambling may be becoming problematic may request self-exclusion for a period of between 6 months and 5 years, or on a permanent basis. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net win/loss position to help maintain awareness of time and money spent.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hot58.
• Game content, including software, graphics, and audio provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to hot58 for use on the Platform. You acquire no rights in such content beyond those granted under this licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hot58 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, howsoever arising.
• Losses arising from system outages, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server failures, or third-party infrastructure issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Losses arising from the Member's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content, that is subsequently found to contain errors.

hot58's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes hot58's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

hot58 takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including but not limited to:

• The collection and processing of identity and address verification documents for KYC compliance purposes.
• The processing of transaction data for payment processing, fraud prevention, and financial reporting obligations.
• The use of session data and gameplay history to personalise your experience and deliver relevant promotional communications (which you may opt out of at any time).
• The disclosure of personal data to licensed third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

hot58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated funds, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information at registration or during a KYC review.
• Evidence of, or reasonable grounds to suspect, fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other form of cheating or abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Evidence that a Member is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• A Member's failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from hot58.
• Compliance with any legal obligation, court order, or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms, hot58 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including Real Money Funds where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for operational or commercial reasons unrelated to any breach by the Member, all verified Real Money Funds will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

A Member may close their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Following account closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hot58 holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under the laws of the applicable governing jurisdiction. hot58 operates under internationally recognised gaming licences and applies internationally accepted standards for player protection, fair play, and anti-money laundering compliance.

Members who access the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful under Indonesian law as it applies to their individual circumstances. hot58 does not provide legal advice and recommends that Members seek independent legal counsel if they have any uncertainty about the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction.

hot58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the Member's account.

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the revised Terms come into force. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Clause 11.
